Interested in pig adoption? Ready to parent a pet pig?
Hog Haven Farm keeps the best interest of the pigs in mind for our pig adoption process; as such, we have fairly strict guidelines we follow before we place any of our pigs in a forever home. It typically takes one week for us to review your application. We want your new family member to be a good fit for you and your family, so we do not post our available pigs online.
Important!If you live within the city limits of Aurora, Englewood, or Littleton, Colorado: there are currently bans in place to keep a pet pig and we cannot adopt to those areas. If you live in Brighton, Colorado Springs, Commerce City, Lafayette, Lakewood, Northglenn, Parker or Westminster, CO: there are weight restrictions in place and we strongly advise you to consider adopting an adult. At this time, Hog Haven Farm does not adopt outside of Colorado.
Please read this informational post for first time pig parents before you fill out an adoption application.
If you wish to move forward, please fill out an adoption application for pre-screening. Once we review your application, we will invite you out to meet the pigs and have your questions answered! Please note that we do not approve renters and those living in townhomes or condos for adoption. And bear with us--sometimes life at the sanctuary delays our response time to your application.
